Vanessa Hudgens Nude?

I had to avoid posting Vanessa Hudgens nude the first time around because of lawyers, but I'm not going to miss the chance a second time... Even if they're not her. I'm not sure why some of them are thumbnail size, but they were the only ones I could find. Check'em out after the jump!

Word around is these are not "new" as in just taken, but "new" as in just released. They were taken around the same time as the others awhile back. There's quite a few more to the set, and the tumbnail size bathtub ones appear to be video caps. (here's hoping).

I just read at thesuperficial.com that these pics were taken when she was 17 as stated by her lawyers.

This week Hudgens's lawyers threatened sites like The Hollywood Gossip, Perez Hilton, NativeNotes.net with lawsuits if they hadn't removed the pictures from their sites, citing not only copyright/privacy issues but also Hudgens's age at the time (17). Hudgens's lawyers are distorting federal law when they claim the pictures are illegal just because she was under 18 at the time. Topless pictures without sexual activity are NOT illegal under U.S.C. Title 18 Sections 2256 and 2257 nor any other federal law.

The Americans Jock Sturges, Frank Cordelle, and Richard Murrian have recently published books showing topless (and fully nude) teenagers under 18. Hollywood produced a number of films in the 1990s showing minor actresses exposing their breasts, including Thora Birch (16) in "American Beauty" and Cristi Harris (16) in "Night of the Demons 2". These are legal too.

So the only legitimate complaint is that they were distributed without her permission.

Thats a load of $#!T, thats what ALL of the insecure celebs say, when their pics get out. "oh I was underage" thats just BS, What a Prude !
